Welcome to PAWFirst!

This baby girl needs a home to call her very own. She is super sweet. We are unsure of her exact breed but suspect she will stay small. Unfortunately, the last family she was with could not keep her so the only place for her to go would be animal control. Since she is so young and still needs more protection against diseases, we took her into a foster home. She is the cutest little thing full of puppy-personality. We are working on potty training and she is doing pretty well but she sometimes get sidetracked and forgets she has to go until she has ran out of time. She is crate trained and considers her crate her very own 'safe place'. We leave the door open during the day and she comes and goes. At night, she sleeps in there. A few nights she has slept in her foster family's bed and she did great. She is a dog who will need to be groomed on a regular basis so please take this into consideration.

A good vet reference is a must. She is great with other dogs. There is even a female pitbull (Neva)here that has taken the role of her 'mother'.

Twinkie is a VIP in our adoption program. Her adoption fee is $200. Every now and then, a pet will be listed as a VIP. This means that they are in high demand for adoption and will quickly find a loving home. Because of this, they will leave a financial legacy for the other animals in our care who may need expensive medical care or more time to find a loving home.

This foster pet has been spayed and is current on all her medical needs.
