Description:
Chica is a sweet but shy little chihuahua pomeranian (best guess), about a year old. She loves kids more than she does adults so I really think it's best if she goes to a home with a child in it. She sleeps in bed with children at her foster home and even helps wake them up in the morning ;)
Chica's only fault is that she does not like the idea of going outside, so she needs some intense house breaking, or needs puppy pads down while left alone.
