Jett, a 6 month old Labrador Retriever, is still looking for his forever home!

He is very friendly and loves everyone, including kids, though he is still learning not to jump on them. He does need some work on training, but is in the process of being taught 'sit' and 'down.' Jett is crate trained, which is the start to being house trained.

Jett loves taking walks, and playing outside with his ball or rope. He just needs someone that has patience since he is still a big puppy and has lots of energy. But he would be easily trained with someone who gives him treats.

We have figured out that he should not be around cats, especially kittens. He may not hurt them intentionally, but he doesn't realize how big he is.

Jett has had his rabies and all his puppy shots, and has been neutered. He is heartworm negative and has been started on Interceptor (heartworm prevention). Since it is Adopt a Rescue Dog month, Jett's adoption fee is $50.

Pets For Life Rescue has decided as a group not to ship our pets, the prospective owners must be able to come see the pets in person. There is also an application to be approved.
