BJ is a miniature poodle that was abandoned in a nearby town, he was rescued by some people and then came into our group. He is about 4 years old, weighs about 14 pounds, tested negative for heartworms and is up to date on shots. He will be neutered Monday Sept. 17.

BJ seems to be housetrained, although he is staying at a groomer's shop, he doesn't mess in his kennel when he's in it. He is sweet natured, doesn't bark much, and loves attention.

BJ does have a slight heart murmur, the vet says it could have been there since birth, or may be from stress. He has no signs that it has caused any problems, so he should live a normal life.

UPDATE 9/17/07:

BJ has been neutered, so he's ready for his new home.
