Welcome to PAWFirst!

Pinocchio was rescued from Animal Control, his owner had moved away and left him behind. He is maybe 6 years old, it is hard to tell since his teeth are in bad shape. He is also underweight. He tested negative for heartworms and intestinal parasites, has had his vaccinations and is neutered.

UPDATE Oct 12, 07: Pinocchio just had his teeth cleaned, and now has really good looking white teeth and good breath. He now weighs 7 pounds, he's gained almost a pound. Since he is such a small dog, he needs to go to a home without small children and maybe no dogs that are much bigger than he is.

We would like to encourage everyone to take their pets to the vet once a year for a dental.

Pinocchio's adoption fee is $100.

Pets For Life Rescue has decided as a group not to ship our pets, the prospective owners must be able to come see the pets in person. There is also an application to be approved.
