Comet came from Animal Control with his siblings on Oct. 1, 2009 when their mother (a dachshund/terrier) was to be put to sleep. They had not even gotten their teeth in yet, they were only 4 weeks old.
We don't know anything about the dad, so it is a possibility they could become medium sized dogs. They all have short and medium length hair, some is wiry and they have "beards".
The adoption fee is $145 since he is now neutered.
Comet is 11 weeks old, Nov. 22, and he is ready for his new family. He weighs about 7 pounds, has had his second set of shots, kennel cough vaccine, and heartworm prevention. He is doing good with crate training along with his brother. They love to play and would love to become a part of your family.
The first step if you are interested in meeting Comet is to fill out our Adoption Application .
After your application has been approved, we will set up an appointment to meet.
PAW First Rescue has decided as a group not to ship our pets, the prospective owners must be able to come see the pets in person.
