We prefer emails as our method of corresponding. We get many phone calls each day (about animals that need help and families who want to adopt). We simply cannot keep up with our calls. It is much easier for us to respond to emails when we have free time (often these are hours where most people are asleep). If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please fill out an application. We promise to get back to you. Thank you so much for understanding.
Blossom was at Animal Control, surprisingly her owner did not claim her. The vet thinks she is around 3 years old. When we took her in, she was underweight and had an upper respiratory infection. She took antibiotics and is healthy now. She is still working on gaining a little more weight.
Blossom is up to date on vaccinations, has been spayed, and is on Interceptor for heartworm prevention since she is negative for heartworms. She weighs 18 pounds. Even though she would rather not sleep in a crate, she is crate trained. She is mostly house trained, just needs a little time when she goes to her new home to get a routine going.
Blossom escaped the chain link fenced yard of her foster home. We will now require that she go to a home with a six foot wood privacy fence, so she can't escape. This is for her safety. She is such a friendly girl, she loves most people and dogs. She would enjoy walks, and playing with her new family.
Blossom's adoption fee is $200.
All of our pets are fostered in family homes. please read our guidelines carefully. If the animal is listed on our site, it is still available. We will update our listings as soon as the animal has found a home.
