Be 18 years of age

Have the knowledge and consent of all adults in your household

Have landlord's name, phone number and permission (if you rent)

Be willing to agree to and sign an adoption contract that is legally binding

Understand that PAW First Rescue must approve your complete application

Be willing to come to Ponca City to meet with us and the pet
